learned different martial art styles like Shaolin Kung Fu and Wing-Tsun Kung Fu.

 

Since 1982 he has been traveling and living througout Asia. He studied Yoga and Meditation in the Buddhist tradition, in the forest monastery of Buddhadasa Bhikkhu in southern Thailand.

In 1987 he met Master Mantak Chia and Juan Li. Ever since he is studying and practicing Qigong, Tai Chi and other Daoist healing arts.

From 1996 until 2005 he lived, studied and worked in the Tao Garden in northern Thailand.

Felix is certified by Master Mantak Chia’s Universal Tao system as a Senior Instructor. He is also a Chi Nei Tsang Practitioner and studied with Gilles Marin.

He helps and supports the workshops of Juan Li in Germany, where he gets his main influence today. He feels that Tao Yoga fits perfectly in our western lifestyle and can be learned by anyone, no matter how old you are. He’s specialized in simplifying the teachings and so making the training available for anyone.

Together with Renu Li he offers on a regular basis, Tao Yoga Basic Retreats with emphasis on TAO YIN YOGA and TAI CHI QiGong as well as an Associate and Certified Instructor Retreat near Frankfurt, Germany.
