A wonderful support for your daily breast massage to make this a daily ritual of self love.

This recipe a friend of mine discovered many years ago in a midwife book and I refined it. There it was used to elevate the problem with tender and swollen breast. At the same time it helps after nursing and working a bit against the "pull" of gravitiy. 

Essential oils are subtle but at the same time have a strong effect. The pleasent smell and the precious JoJoba-Oil are making the breast massage an even more sensual experience. Making it an integral part of your daily bathroom ritual. Seeing the bottle in front of your bathroom mirror is a great reminder not to forget his beautiful exercise.

I choose the costly JoJoba as a base, since it has a high content of Vitamin E which is good for the skin but also makes it last longer then regular oils and does not spoil as quickly as for example almond oil.  Jojoba also does not soil your clothes so it is a smart choice. 

I prepare the oils in the waxing moon, shake it with love and heart energy and the place it in my window at full moon, to collect the Yin force of the moon.
