Die Ausbildung zum Certified Instructor des Universal Healing TAO kann entweder bei Meister Mantak Chia persönlich im TAO Garden, Thailand absolviert werden oder mit dazu authorisierten Universal TAO Senior-Instructor. 

Renu Li und ihr Team bieten diese Ausbildungschritte regelmässig an. Das Curriculum ermöglicht, die notwendigen Unterrichtsstunden über einen kurzen oder auch längeren Zeitraum von 1-3 Jahren auszudehnen und so den persönlichen Gegebenheiten anzupassen.

Trainings are held presently in form of retreats, workshops or private instruction guided by qualified UHT Senior Instructors and Educators.

Participating/Assisting in a retreat and/ore Senior Instructors in their workshops are highly recommended.

There are two Ways (B1 and B2) to become a certified Instructor

B1 Gradual Path
UHT Associate to UHT Instructor Upgrade Training

• Possibility 1
  120 h or 3 week training retreat covering subjects of Tao Energy Basics, Iron Shirt, Healing Love

  14 - 28 h Preparation Training in all Iron Shirt Postures, Healing Love and Tao Yin
  80 h Homework and Practice over 6 - 12 Month
  14 - 28 h Evaluation and Certification Training in Iron Shirt, Healing Love and Tao Yin

B1 Universal TAO Associate to Universal TAO Instructor
Requirements Total Training 230 hours

Prerequisites
You will need to first meet all requirements and be qualified as an Associate, which includes: 110 total hours (60 - 70 hours Associate Prerequisites and 40 Senior Instructor Associate Certification Training).

Personal Practice
Requirement Minimum 6 months of personal practice and/ or teaching experience is required after becoming an Associate Instructor. Exceptions or experience in related studies will be considered by the evaluating Senior Instructor.

Upgrade Training Requirements
Additional 120 hours (3 weeks) is required for the upgrade. When added with the 110 hour Associate Instructor Prerequisites the training totals 230 hours.

Training Subjects for Instructor Training
The additional 120 training hours can be acquired in the following 2 ways:

Possibility 1 -

All 120 hours in Core Subjects:

• Tao Energy Basics (min. 60 hours)
• Iron Shirt (min. 20 hours)
• Healing Love (min. 40 hours)

Possibility 2 -

• 60 hours in Core Subjects Tao Energy Basics, Iron Shirt, Healing Love
• 40 hours in one or more of these Branch Practices: Tao Yin. Tai Chi I, II Fusion I, II, III Iron Shirt II, III
• 20 hours in any of these Additional Practices: Tan Tien Qigong, Qigong Warm-ups, Five Elements Theory and Application, Primordial Qigong, Taoist Astrology, Iron Shirt III (Bone Marrow Nei Gong), Buddha Palm, Wisdom Qigong, Elixir Qigong, Stem Cell Qigong, Deep Healing Qigong, Five Element Qigong, Eight Extraordinary Qigong, Chi Nei Tsang I, Cosmic Healing I Study with Master Mantak Chia

It is strongly recommended to study with Master Chia in any course before becoming an instructor. If that is not possible, then train with him within 3 years of being certified. Some exceptions may be granted due to challenges of locations or economics. If you cannot travel and personally meet Master Chia we require studying with his video courses or joining www.universaltao.tv

Interview / Test by UT Senior Instructor and UHT Instructor

If you have already passed the Associate Instructor Evaluation of the Tao Basics (Opening the Microcosmic Orbit and passing Energy, 6 Healing Sounds, Inner Smile, Chi Self Massage) you will not be tested in this again.

For Instructor Certification your grounding will be tested in Iron Shirt (Tree, Turtle, Urn). If you are upgrading for Iron Shirt (all 6 postures), Healing Love, Tao Yin and/or Tai Chi, you will be tested on these.

There will be a fee for both the testing and the new certificate.

B2 Direct Path

Intensive Instructor Training 3 weeks / 120 hours if you are already a certified Associate Instructor
4 weeks / 160 hours if you are a UT Student.

B2 Full Instructor Training Requirements

Total Training 260 hours

Training Requirements 160 hours (4 week-long retreats or equivalent training)

This path does not require be an Associate Instructor but it has higher prerequisites: One year of practice including 100 hours prerequisite training.

Home Study
Read books or practice with Home Study DVDs related to Tao Energy Basics. See www.universal-tao.tv

Prerequisite
Training 100 hours of preparatory training may be facilitated by any level of Instructor.

Hours may include: week-long retreats, weekend workshops, classes or private instruction.

Personal Practice Requirement
A minimum of one year in the UHT Prerequisites and Supportive Practices (best if daily), is strongly recommended before attending an Instructor training. A solid practice of the UHT Basics builds the foundation for Instructor’s holistic development within the UHT System. P

rerequisite Subjects
A minimum of 40 hours needs to be core subjects:
- Tao Energy Basics (min.16 hours)
- Healing Love (min. 16 hours)
- Iron Shirt I (min.8 hours).

Training Subjects 
The 160 training hours are acquired in the following way:

80 hours in Core Subjects:
Tao Energy Basics (min. 40 hours)
Iron Shirt (min. 15 hours)
Healing Love (min. 25 hours)
